Do I need insurance to book?+
Not at all. We see patients with and without insurance. We'll give you a clear cost estimate before any treatment so there are no surprises. We accept most major plans and also offer a simple in-house membership for uninsured patients.
How does the online booking work?+
You pick a service, a day, and a time — then we call to confirm within 2 hours (during business hours). If the slot you picked isn't available, we'll find the nearest alternative. Nothing is charged until after your visit.
Is a root canal really going to hurt?+
The tooth is fully numb before we start — most patients say they feel pressure but no pain. The procedure treats the infection that was causing the pain, so you typically feel significantly better afterward. The anxiety about root canals is understandable, but the modern procedure doesn't match the reputation.
What if I need to cancel?+
Cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge — call us or reply to your confirmation text. We understand things come up. We only ask that you let us know so we can offer the slot to another patient who may need it urgently.
Do you see children?+
Yes — we see patients from age 3 and up. We're patient with kids who are nervous and take extra time to explain what we're doing. Many of our family patients have been coming since they were small.
What insurance plans do you accept?+
We're in-network with Delta Dental, Cigna, Aetna, MetLife, BlueCross BlueShield, Humana, and Guardian, among others. Call us with your plan details if you're not sure — we'll check before your visit so you know what to expect.
